Now with Windows Movie Maker support
We’ve released our very unofficial Windows Movie Maker support. There’s an installer on the tools page. Download it, Install it, and use the Send to the Web feature of Windows Movie Maker to send your video to directly blip.tv or monique.blip.tv. How cool is that?

Hey all,
I have a question… Can anyone help me? I made a slideshow with music in the background with Windows Movie Maker and I can burn it to a cd/dvd and it will play back on the computer, but the DVD will not play in the DVD player… I want to get it so that it will… Someone told me it may be because I am not officially “ending/finalizing” the movie before I burn it… Is that true? Wouldn’t it NOT play on the computer than, also? If that is the problem, can anyone help me as to how to do that so it will play in a DVD player? Thank you! I am desperate, it is a birthday gift for this weekend!

I am having the same problem. I haven’t tried it yet but since movie maker lets you send it to a DV camera I am thinking to try this method and it can then be transferred to most DVD recorders. I don’t know of any way to go straight from computer to DVD player yet. Checking with our computer techie on Monday to see if there’s a better way.
